There will be no cracks in this option, so it will not be necessary to carry out additional work. It’s enough to just finish the walls and cover them with antiseptics, paint and varnish. A similar house may give at the last stage, a slight shrinkage, but not more than 5 percent.
3. Glued – this is the last type of wooden beam. Construction work from this material is more fast, since such a house does not need shrinkage. Glued beam is made of wooden boards, before that dried, coated with antiseptics and substances against fire. It is thanks to this that the built house will be able to shrink no more than 1 percent and you can start finishing work immediately after the completion of the construction. Thanks to this type of timber, there will be no problem of distortions of window and doorways. Glued beam does not require unnecessary finish, the walls will look natural and beautiful when using it.
