This year, the number of those who are ready to move to Croatia decreased by twenty -two percent, but her neighbor Montenegro has the same love from buyers from Russia. This data was obtained thanks to the study of information obtained on the basis of Yandex requests.
The fall of the ruble caused high demand for foreign real estate at the beginning of the year, so that residents of Russia, instead of recreation planning, began to frantically study houses abroad. The peak fell on housing in Bulgaria, the search for which totaled 9400 requests in January. This indicator is 2 times higher than in December and in 1.5 times higher than last month last year. And such a picture is similar to almost all European countries, except Cyprus, real estate on which they looked most in March last year – in the midst of a banking crisis. Also, the situation has changed little with Portugal and Austria.
Bulgaria and Spain do not lose their lines in the ranking and property in these countries is still the most welcome. Demand for it only invariably grows. The loyalty of the authorities and residents of the country to the Russian position regarding Crimea added love for Bulgaria. Most of all, residents of Russia want to live at sea – in the cities of Varna, Burgas, Sunny Beach, St. Verseria and Pomoria. So, citizenship in Bulgaria is the desired candy of many Russians.
