One of the leading companies in the field of metalworking of the North-Western region-Promoro-throughout the summer of 2014 successfully replenished the production and instrumental base. By the fall of the company’s capacity, as well as the scope of the services provided, have expanded significantly. The expansion of the company’s production base occurred through the purchase and development of a number of new machines with the CNC of both domestic and foreign production. For example, Promcorus purchased multipurpose machines from EMAG (the best manufacturer of metalworking machines in Europe), as well as domestic turning and milling centers capable of wide range of operations and equipment on which electric processing of metal blanks is carried out. The latter allows the manufacture of parts of metal of complex geometry with maximum efficiency and accuracy. In particular, equipment for electric training makes it possible to make complex press forms for casting, stamps and cutting tools-what forms the basis of the technological chain for many production-from printing to the manufacture of parts by casting and pressing.
For Promor, the current replenishment of the production and steering base was a real breakthrough. The company today can implement almost any order, regardless of which operations suggest the manufacture of metal parts. Moreover, thanks to the maximum staffing of the machine -tool and instrumental park, it becomes possible to order not only individual parts, but also entire sets of arbitrarily large batches, regardless of the complexity of the geometry, sizes of parts and metal, which must be processed.
